Q: Do you have a showroom where I can see your products working?
A: You can view our products at our Brookvale store or our Oak Flats store. The address for both shops is at the bottom of every page.
Q: I've emailed you and have not recieved a reply - why?
A: Only Australian sales or tech related enquiries will be answered.
Depending on email volume, this may take a couple of working days.
Q: Do you manufacture or wholesale any or all of the items on your pages?
A: No - we are retailers.
Q: Many of the wood heaters are rated in squares for heating power - what's a square?
A: A square is 10' x 10' so to convert to sq/mts multiply by 9.3
Q: Do you send brochures through the mail?
A: Very rarely! generally only if the particular brochure contains specific info not contained in these pages.

Q: I can't download the brochures - what's happening?
A: The easiest way is to right click the brochure you want and select 'save link as' and save to your desk top or the file of your choice. Because the brochures and info sheets are in PDF format, you will need Adobe reader to view them. If you don't have Adobe reader click on the icon near the top of the page and download it - it's free and easy to use. Then double click the brochure icon and it will open automatically.
Q: If I order a heater, how long will it take?
A: Usually 4 to 5 working days although some of the companies we deal with are quicker. Kent and Saxon products can take up to 14 working days while Archer and Real Flame gas heaters are generally about 10 working days.
Q: If I am getting a product freighted to me, should I check it before signing for it?
A: YES - Definately! If you suspect any damage may have occured write 'Damaged' next to your signature on the consignment note and let us know as soon as you can so we can get a replacement off to you asap.
Q: I have a wood heater that I want to convert to gas - do you do that?
A: No we don't.
