At Abbey Fireplaces we sell wood heaters, gas fires, electric fireplaces, spirit fires and outdoor fires.
Wherever you may live in Australia, we can get most product delivered to a depot close to you or in most cases to your door. So if you have a ute or trailer (your builder or installer will) and you can drive to the depot, they will load it for you. All heaters are delivered on a pallet (heater fixed to pallet) and boxed with plastic cover and packing and have been checked and passed before being forwarded. While we take every care to make sure your product arrives in perfect condition, accidents can occur so please check the goods before signing and if you see damage do not accept the delivery. In most cases there is a charge for freight. We try to subsidise this as much as possible but to more remote areas where we have to on-forward, a larger charge may apply. Call us for a quote. Don’t forget to check the ‘Accessories’ and ‘Flue’ sections to include any other goods in the minimal freight deal. If you live in our area (Brookvale, Sydney, Illawarra) and you have a ute or trailer why not pickup yourself (we will load) pay cash and get the best deal.
All goods must be fully paid prior to dispatch. There are a number of options :-
Give us your card details i.e., Type (we accept Eftpos, Visa, Bankcard, MasterCard, etc.), number and expiry date.
Send a cheque. (Allow time for cheque to clear)
Send Postal Order.
Direct deposit to ANZ BSB 012 243 ACC # 4987 13218.
If you live in our area you may wish to discuss a cash deal.
HOW TO ORDER
Simply e-mail, write, call or fax us an order including item codes and brand or model and any questions you may have.
Once you are happy with your choice and wish to order any of the above methods of payment can be used. Please make sure of your sizes and heater capacity and choose carefully as delivered goods can not be changed or refunded.
Upon receipt of payment your order will be processed immediately and in most cases will reach your local depot within ten days. You will be notified of arrival by your local depot. IMPORTANT! Please carefully check all delivered goods before signing for them as the transport companies will not accept any liability for damage once the consignment reciept has been signed. If there is damage simply don't sign the consignment note and tell the driver to return it or if you're not sure, write 'damaged' on the reciept and let us know immediately.
